Here are some tips to celebrate Valentine's day on a Budget. What should you do to make this day special? You will not spend too much money but these will entail effort which will be highly appreciated by your other half.
1. You can celebrate this special day romantically away from the commercial area. You may rent DVDs and watch or cuddle up with your loved one in the comfort of your room/home. Order pizza so you can have more time chatting up with your partner.
2. Make a poem for him or her. How to make a poem? Focus on the traits of your love one, describe how you feel when he/she is around. Jot down the main words.. You may use words that rhyme (but not necessarily). Then spice those words to better drive home the point that he/she is really special to you. Corny as it seems, but you can put meanings with every letter of his/her name.
3. Make homemade card for your partner. Glamorize it with some beads or drawing (more of a logo) for your “partnership”. You can put the poem inside this card.
4. If you have a gift. Don’t just give it. Create a “hunting” game. You will need several post-it-notes or colored papers where you will write the instructions where he will go or where he will find the next clue until the final clue leads him to where the gift is.
5. Reward him/her with a kiss. Osculate!
What is important is for both of you to celebrate the day together and have lots of fun.
